How to request deletion

To request deletion of your SupaGym account and associated personal data, email contact@supacart.org using the email address or phone number registered with your account.

We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

What we delete

We delete the account, profile information, membership-related personal data, uploaded photos, and app-related records where permitted.

What we may retain

We may retain transaction, accounting, audit, or legally required records for the period required by law or legitimate business obligations. Retained records are kept only for those purposes and are not used to restore your deleted account.
